Résumé: |

----------------------------------------------Abstract (en Anglais) :
In the industrial world, the security requirements encourage a deeper understanding of the behavior and the breakdown of the polymers used. This knowledge is needed to identify the physical processes responsible for their mechanical strength. The damage is the physical mechanism that describes greatly the ruin of ductile polymer materials. On the other hand, the non-linear elastic-viscoplastic behavior of polymers depends strongly on the strain velocity. This behavior is described by the quasi-point defects model. The laws kinetic term relating to the development of non-elastic strain based on molecular mobility concepts. Currently, it is known that this damage occurs following successive stages which are nucleation cavities, their growth and coalescence in a more advanced stage of strain.
The aim of this work is the identification of mechanical parameters characterizing the nonlinear elastic-viscoplastic behavior of the polymer material in large deformation and mechanical stresses applied to a different strain range. On the other hand a polymer damage quantification study is needed. A presentation of a numerical model that will allow us to compare the performance of different basic calculations triaxiality and address the influence of the initial size and the shape of the void on the final ruin of the material. |
