الاستعمار الفرنسي للجزائر واستغلاله للواقع الاجتماعي الموروث من نظام إيالة الجزائر 1830- 1930

Abstract

الملخص (بالعربية) : لقد عرف التاريخ الجزائري خلال العهد الاستعماري عدة ميزات من بينها الاهتمام الذي أولته فرنسا للواقع الاجتماعي الذي ورثته من نظام إيالة الجزائر واستغلاله في احتلال الجزائر وفي هذا الصدد وضعت عدة استراتيجيات لغزوها نخص بالذكر منها استغلال بعض فئات المجتمع الجزائري في السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر كل على حسب المهام التي كان يؤديها سابقا في نظام إيالة الجزائر والذي تجسد فيمايلي: في المجال العسكري: تم المحافظة على بعض الفرق العسكرية المتمثلة في فرق الزواف، فرق الصبايحية، فرق الكراغلة، فرق قبائل المخزن التي ورثتها من النظام العسكري لإيالة الجزائر في النظام العسكري الاستعماري في الجزائر وإشراكهم في مختلف الحملات العسكرية التي وجهتها لاستكمال احتلال مختلف المناطق الجزائرية. في المجال الديني: تم استغلال بعض الطرق الصوفية المتمثلة في الطريقة التجانية لإضعاف مقاومة الأمير عبد القادر، ومساعدة الإدارة الاستعمارية في استكشاف الصحراء الجزائرية وإصدار رسائل الولاء والإخلاص لصالح فرنسا خلال فترة الحرب العالمية الأولى. في المجال الضريبي: تم استغلال مختلف فئات المجتمع الجزائري من خلال الضرائب العربية التي كان يقدمها لها عن طريق المحافظة على بعض الضرائب المتمثلة في الزكاة، الحكور، العشور، اللزمة، الأوسة التي ورثتها من النظام الضريبي لإيالة الجزائر في النظام الضريبي الاستعماري في الجزائر تحت تسمية الضرائب العربية. في المجال الإداري: تم المحافظة على نفس الموظفين الإداريين الذين كانوا في الوظائف الإدارية المتمثلة في وظيفة الباي، وظيفة آغا العرب، وظيفة القياد، التي ورثتها من النظام الإداري لإيالة الجزائر في النظام الاداري الاستعماري في الجزائر ثم تعيين موظفين آخرين في نفس هذه الوظائف وإشراكهم في السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر.

Dans le domaine administratif : Le même personnel administratif qui était dans les fonctions administratives du bey job, du job Agha Arab, du job de leadership, dont j'ai hérité du système administratif des Eyalet d'Algérie dans le système administratif colonial en Algérie, et puis nommer d'autres employés dans ces mêmes emplois et les impliquer dans la politique coloniale française en Algérie.
