In Algeria, it is necessary to envisage in the next ten years that there will be a significant demand for electrical energy and possibly subscribers who will themselves be able to contribute to strengthening the global network. The vector of electrical energy must have all the characteristics necessary to be conveyed in both directions or in other words, produced or consumed. The equilibrium equation between production and consumption must be verified at all times and in all places. Except that to do so, we will be obliged to control the transit of power at any point of the network. The demand for power and the unexpected extension of the network disrupt the transit of power in real time. Is there a way to check, verify and finally make the decision that ensures the best electrical management without a major failure that will put the system in a critical or even catastrophic situation. smart grids or intelligent electricity grids provide the ideal solution to our problem, although they constitute a very interesting variant when it comes to saving energy. The classic system must imperatively be modified because other components will be added to make it more complex and difficult to manage. The smart electricity grid ecosystem will thus be structured around three different systems that provide unidirectional management from upstream to downstream through systematic integrated management at several levels and bidirectional: from centralized production to decentralized production
