أثر تغيير أسعار صرف العملات الرئيسية على الايرادات البترولية في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص (بالعربية) :

إن تعدد النشاطات الاقتصادية وتوسع نطاق المبادلات بين الدول، أجبر كل الأطراف إلى التفكير في استعمال آلية تسهل كل العمليات التجارية والخدماتية لغرض تحقيق التقدم والرخاء في المجتمعات، فكانت الحاجة ماسة إلى العملة كتعريف لكل دولة، فتحدد العلاقة بين الدول بحجم المبادلات الموجودة بينهم، فمن الآليات التي تساعد في هذا التوسع وزيادة الحركية التجارية وانتقال رؤوس الأموال(سعر الصرف) فالهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تبيان العلاقة الموجودة بين متغير سعر صرف الدينار أمام الدولار والاورو كعملتين رئيسيتين وكذلك كعملتين اساسيتين في كل الحركة التجارية القائمة في الجزائر، ودراسة العلاقة المبنية بين مخرجات العلاقة السابقة مع بعض من المتغيرات الكلية الاقتصادية، وتحليل هذا الأثر بين المتغيرات السابقة يساعد على فهم النموذج الذي يجب أن يكون في واقع العلاقات الاقتصادية مع العالم الخارجي، فنتائج الدراسة أثبتت بأن هناك علاقة عكسية ومعنوية لكل من الناتج المحلى الخام، ومعدل الفائدة والتضخم وعرض النقود والتصدير مع سعر الصرف الدولار على المدى القصير والمدى الطويل،أيضا أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر صرف الدولار ورصيد الميزان التجاري، ووجود علاقة طردية بين سعر صرف الأورو ورصيد الميزان التجاري خلال الفترة 2003-2019. الكلمات المفتاحية: سعر الصرف، ايرادات بترولية، صادرات، واردات، ميزان تجاري ----------------------------------------------

Résumé (en Français) : La multiplicité des activités économiques et l'expansion de la portée des échanges entre pays ont force toutes les parties a penser a utiliser un mécanisme qui facilite toute les opérations commerciales et de services dans le but de réaliser des progrès et de la prospérité dans les sociétés. Le besoin d'argent était une priorité urgente pour chaque pays, dont les relations entre pays sont caractérisées par la quantité d'échanges entre eux. C'est ce qui permet L'expansion et l'augmentation du commerce transfrontalier et le virement de capitaux (taux de change) Le but de cette étude est de montrer la relation entre les variations du taux de change du dinar par rapport à l'euro et le dollar qui sont deux monnaies principales et élémentaires dans tous les mouvements commerciaux existants en Algérie, mais aussi d'étudier les relations construites entre les résultats des précédentes relations avec certaines variables macroéconomiques, et d'analyser les effets entre les précédentes aides des variables. La compréhension du modelé qui devrait faire partie des relations économiques avec le monde extérieur, les résultats de l'étude ont prouvé qu'il existe une relation morale et inverse des relations pour chaque produit intérieur brut, le taux d1nteret,d'inflation,d'entree d'argent et d'export avec le taux d'échange du dollar sur le court et le long terme. Une relation inverse entre le taux d'échange du dollar et du taux de la balance commerciale, ainsi qu'une relation positive entre le taux d'échange de l'euro et le taux de la balance commerciale durant la période allant de 2003 a 2019 Les mots clés : taux d’échange, revenus pétroliers, exports, imports, balance commerciale

---------------------------------------------- Abstract (en Anglais) : The multiplicity of economic activities and the expansion of the scope of exchanges between countries forced all parties to think of using a mechanism that facilitates all commercial and service operations for the purpose of achieving progress and prosperity in societies. The need for currency was an urgent definition for each country, so the relationship between countries is determined by the size of the exchanges between them. Which helps in this expansion and increase trade mobility and transfer of capital (Exchange Rate) The aim of this study is to show the relationship between the variable of the dinar exchange rate against the dollar and the euro as two main currencies, as well as two basic currencies in all the existing commercial movement in Algeria, and to study the relationship built between the outputs of the previous relationship with some of the macroeconomic variables, and analyzing this effect between the previous variables helps On understanding the pattern that should be in the reality of economic relations with the outside world, the results of the study proved that there is an inverse and moral relationship for each of the gross domestic product, the interest rate, inflation, money supply and export with the exchange rate of the dollar in the short term and the long term. An inverse relationship between the dollar exchange rate and the balance of trade balance, and a positive relationship between the euro exchange rate and the balance of trade balance during the period 2003-2019.
