Usage d’un dispositif TICE en compétence scripturale ; apports et limites. Exemple : étudiants de 1ère année FLE.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------resume en arabe-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------يندرج هذا البحث في سياق استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تدريس اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية. بغرض تحسين التكوين الجامعي، لاسيما الكفاءة الكتابية لطلاب السنة الأولى لغة فرنسية، كلية الآداب، اللغات والفنون لجامعة الجيلالي ليابس بسيدي بلعباس. وبالتالي، في أطروحتنا، نستخدم وسيلة تكنولوجية متمثلة في الربط بين أدوت برامج مايكروسوفت وارد 2007 وموقع التواصل الاجتماعي فايسبوك لدفع، في المقام الأول، المتعلمين إلى استخدام وظائف الوارد 2007 بشكل صحيح من أجل تصحيح ذاتي أفضل لنصوصهم المكتوبة. ثانياً ، نحاول دراسة الاستغلال الأكاديمي لفايسبوك من خلال التركيز على التصحيح المتبادل بين المتعلمين من خلال ملاحظاتهم التي يتم إنشاؤها داخل مجموعة مغلقة على فايسبوك. لكن ، لدمج تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال ، استخدمنا المقاربة النسقية التي تنص على دراسة المعايير المختلفة لحالة التعلم (المؤسسة ، المعلمون ، المتعلمون ، الموارد المتاحة) من أجل فهم أفضل للعلاقة القائمة بينهم وتحقيق تكامل أفضل. الملاحظ أن نتائج التجربة كانت إيجابية وقد سمح لنا العمل الذي تم تنفيذه بتحسين جودة كتابة متعلمينا، خاصة فيما يخص اتساق وتماسك نصوصهم المكتوبة. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------resume en français--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cette recherche se situe dans le contexte de l’usage des TICE (Technologies de l’information et de la communication pour l’enseignement) dans la didactique du FLE (Français Langue Étrangère). Elle vise l’optimisation de la formation universitaire notamment la compétence scripturale des étudiants de 1ère année licence FLE de la faculté des Lettres, Langues et Arts de l’université Djillali Liabès de Sidi Bel Abbes. Ainsi, dans notre thèse, nous faisons recours à un dispositif TICE. Il s’agit de l’association des outils du logiciel Microsoft Word 2007 au réseau social Facebook pour amener, en premier lieu, nos apprenants à utiliser convenablement les fonctionnalités du Word 2007 afin de réaliser une meilleure autocorrection de leurs productions écrites. En second lieu, nous étudions l’exploitation académique de Facebook en se focalisant sur la correction croisée entre apprenants à travers leurs feedback (commentaires) générés sur un groupe fermé de Facebook. Toutefois, pour intégrer les TICE, nous nous sommes basés sur l’approche systémique qui stipule l’étude des différents paramètres d’une situation d’apprentissage (institution, enseignants, apprenants, ressources disponibles) afin de mieux comprendre le rapport établi entre eux et la réalisation d’une meilleure intégration. Le constat post-expérimental s’avère positif et le travail mené nous a permis d’améliorer la qualité de rédaction de nos apprenants, notamment la cohérence et la cohésion de leurs productions écrites. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------resume en anglais-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This research takes place in the context of the use of ICTE (Information and Communication Technologies for Education) in the teaching of FFL (French as a Foreign Language). It aims to optimize university formation, notably the scriptural competence of 1st year students with a FFL license from the Faculty of Letters, Languages and Arts of Djillali Liabès University in Sidi Bel Abbes. Thus, in our thesis, we use a TICE device. It is the association of Microsoft Word 2007 software tools with the Facebook social network to bring, in the first place, our learners to use the functionalities of Word 2007 properly in order to achieve better self-correction of their written productions. Second, we study the academic exploitation of Facebook by focusing on cross-correction between learners through their feedback generated on a closed group of Facebook. However, to integrate ICT, we used the systemic approach which stipulates the study of the different parameters of a learning situation (institution, teachers, learners, available resources) in order to better understand the relationship established between them and achieving better integration. The post-experimental finding is positive and the work carried out has allowed us to improve the quality of writing of our learners, in particular the consistency and cohesion of their written productions.
