المجتمع المدني في الجزائر قراءة سوسيوسياسية في تجربة الجزائر أتناء البناء الوطني

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reality of civil society in Algeria before and After the independence, then during the period of the national reconstruction, in order to put clear imagination close to the reality, this study aims to answer a key question: How can we explain the daily suffering in the university despite the thick present of the students union organizations? And it derives from this question a number of questions: Is this student suffering caused by the weakness of the student union organizations? Are these student union organizations characterize the modern civil society and its spirit? What are the real problems that face the student union organizations and affected its effectiveness on society? Cette étude a pour objet d’analyser la réalité de la société civiles en Algérie avant et âpres l’indépendance et au cours de la période de construction nationale ,afin de développer une vision plus claire et proche de la réalité , cette étude vise a répondre a la question clé :comment pouvons –nous expliquer la souffrance quotidienne des étudiants au sein de la communauté universitaire malgré la présence des organisation syndicales des étudiant ؟ , cette question est divisée en sous _questions : Est-ce que ces organisation syndicales des étudiants caractérise la société civile moderne et de son esprit؟ تهدف هده الدراسة الي تحليل واقع المجتمع المدني في الجزائر قبل الاستقلال و بعده اتناء فترة اليناء الوطني ومن اجل تصور واضح و قريب من الواقع تسعي هده الدراسة الي الجواب علي تساؤل رئيسي مفاده كيف يمكن ان نفسر المعاناة اليومية للطالب داخل الوسط الجامعي بالرغم من التواجذ الكثيف للمنظمات الطلابية ؟ و يتفرع هدا السؤال الي اسئلة فرعية ها هده التنظيمات الطلابية تجسد فعلا خصائص المجتمع المدني الحديث ر روحه و ثمثلها ؟وما هي العراقيل الحقيقية التي تواجه التنظيمات الطلابية وتؤثر علي فعاليتها في المجتمع؟
